GET CLARITY™! Contest

Prize:       Free Installation of their Clarity, Auditorium Seating
Winner:   Abundant Life Community Church, Blaine, MN

June 2006

Sauder Worship Furniture introduced Clarity auditorium seating last year and promoted the new product with a “Get Clarity!” customer contest that offered the winning church free installation of their Clarity order – potentially a 10% savings to the church! A mailing was sent advertising the contest to over 9,000 potential customers. The contest required a visit to www.sauderworship.com and a review of a series of features and benefits of the Clarity product. Once finished, the entrant was able to enter the contest. The contest ran from January through May of this year.

The winning church, Abundant Life Community Church in Blaine, MN, was chosen electronically from a large pool of entries. The church had already placed an order for Clarity earlier in the year. The church was presented with their contest prize on Sunday, June 4, during both of their morning services. Susan Link, Worship Market Manager, along with De J De Jong, the territory sales representative, presented the prize to a surprised and thrilled Pastor Steve Finton and congregation. Their response was that the prize gift would enable the church to bless others with the money they saved.

The church is currently using metal chairs to seat a growing congregation. Their expansion includes a new auditorium for their worship services. The pastor’s vision is to make the worship experience an exciting and memorable one. The church chose the auditorium seating concept because it’s cutting edge solution to worship seating. With their new expansion planned to house almost 500, the church put its financial resources into the audiovisual experience and the seating instead of an expensive or elaborate external structure. The church felt Clarity enhanced the visual experience of the auditorium, and gave them the high-end look they did not find from other suppliers. Abundant Life Community Church hopes to be worshipping on their new seating sometime in October.
